Welcome to The Billionaire Mouse ("B Mouse"), a satirical meme coin project that pokes fun at the often-blind faith people put in investing in animal-themed cryptocurrencies. By participating in The Mouse, you acknowledge that it is not a real-world asset and should not be considered an investment. Instead, it's a community for like-minded individuals who enjoy the lighthearted nature of the project.

  • "Account": Your Billionaire Mouse account, which you may create by registering on the website or using the mobile app.

  • "Content": Any information or data that you submit to The Mouse platform, including your profile information, posts, and comments.

  • "Services": The Billionaire Mouse website, mobile app, and all of their features and functionality.

  • "User": Any individual who uses The Mouse Services.

  • "We," "us," or "our": The Billionaire Mouse project team.
     

3. User Eligibility
 

To use The Mouse Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You may not use B Mouse Services if you are prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.

You are responsible for all Content that you submit to B Mouse platform. You agree that your Content will not be illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to submit any Content that infringes on any intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

You agree to use The Mouse Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use B Mouse Services to:

  • Upload or distribute any viruses or other harmful code.

  • Interfere with or disrupt The Mouse Services.
